It is great peace of mind for those drivers who want to own their Mazda for a long time, but not worry about unexpected mechanical failures draining their wallet.

Q2. DO I HAVE TO DO EXTRA CAR MAINTENANCE TO MAKE SURE MY LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY STAYS VALID?

We do feel, however, that our top-notch service center will be able to earn your business with their combination of highly experienced, factory-trained, Mazda-certified service technicians and vast menu of car services and auto repairs available. Plus, our Mazda service advisors have the ability to keep track of all your service records easily.

Q5. WHAT DOES THE ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE PROVIDED BY THE ROYAL MOORE MAZDA LIFETIME LIMITED WARRANTY COVER?

In addition to the Lifetime Limited Warranty, Royal Moore offers every customer who purchases a new Mazda with us 10-years/Unlimited miles of roadside assistance. This roadside assistance is meant to help drivers who have issues like a flat tire, need a jump start, or are out of fuel. This Roadside Assistance will also provide for emergency towing to the nearest Mazda dealership, or authorized repair center, if your Mazda car or SUV is deemed inoperable. There are no limits to this coverage, so if you have five qualifying instances, you will get five instances of roadside assistance.

Q6. ARE THERE ANY TIMES THAT ROADSIDE ASSISTANCE IS NOT AVAILABLE?

We will always be here for you when you need us. The Roadside Assistance benefit is always available to you when you need it. This benefit covers you 24/7, for 365 days out of the year, and has no limits on usage. All you need to do is call the toll-free number and a representative will be there to help.
